How accurate are the color swatches?
The colors displayed online should be considered close renditions to the actual color. Color presentation can vary depending on screen/display settings. Real Wood colors may vary due to inherent variances in wood and how it accepts stains, colors, and dyes. We strongly recommended ordering all blinds at the same time. Samples are provided at no charge.

How long does it take to receive my blinds?
Production times on custom window covering vary depending on the manufacturer. Production times range from 2 to 8 days on average. Each product page will display the estimated production time for that product. Shipping ranges from 1 to 5 business days depending on the distance of the delivery address from the manufacturer. Although it's rare, occasionally a customer will measure a window incorrectly, enter an order incorrectly, or order the wrong color, etc. We fully understand that mistakes can happen; after all we're all human.
