Our woven wood shades offer an elegant touch, carefully handmade to bring warmth and style into any space. Using natural shades in your design is a subtle way to bring the timeless beauty of nature into your space.

With the Hotblinds Select Woven Woods Collection, you will find contemporary styles with classic bamboos and soft jute fabrics that are refreshed in white, neutral and gray color tones.

Fabrics from the Hotblinds Select Woven Woods Collection can be ordered as roman shades. Standard shades are made with a 6" valance on the front of the shade. Waterfall shades are also available. (please click on the red question mark in options for pictures of styles)

Roman shade control options include: Continuous Loop Clutch, Cordless, Cordless Top Down-Bottom Up, Wand Motorization, Remote Motorization.

When selecting woven wood shades, always hold pattern samples up to the window to see how much light they let in and how the pattern changes with direct light coming through. Many woven wood patterns are very open and do not offer much privacy without a liner. Light-filtering liners will allow soft light into the room. Black-out liners have a room-darkening effect and will not allow light through the front of the shade.

**PLEASE NOTE**
Edge bindings are available for all patterns. Edge bindings offer a decorative accent of color and help protect the edges of delicate patterns. Edge binding is applied to the sides of both the shade and valance. It is not applied to the bottom of either. 
Edge bindings are available in 8 colors and will show 5/8” on the face of the shade.

Some patterns are required to be ordered with edge binding, Price Grids E & F.
**Patterns that require edge binding will have the warranty for frayed edges voided if ordered without edge binding.

The natural materials used to make Woven Wood Shades have unique variations in color, texture, and size. Colors may change over time. This adds to the natural beauty of the material and does not represent a defect.

The natural elasticity of yarns combined with the weight of the natural woven material may cause shades to stretch upwards of 1 inch to 1 1/2 inches over time. This is particularly noticeable on inside mount shades or shades that extend from ceiling to floor. This is considered a natural characteristic of the product and is not covered under warranty.

Motorized shades are powered by a rechargeable motor. The motor charge generally lasts 3 – 6 months, with recharging required after 300 up/down cycles. Motors can be controlled by a wand that hangs to the side of the shade or by a multi-channel remote control.

Remote control shades can be integrated with home automation technology when paired to the Connector Motor Hub. Operate shades through smart phones, Amazon Alexa, Google Home, IFTTT, or Siri. 

Child Safety:
Cordless and motorized options are safer for kids by eliminating the presence of potentially dangerous dangling cords.
