| This is a great choice if youre looking for a more formal look but dont want to purchase expensive custom draperies. Ballet Performance Drapery Sheers are made by Comfortex. They have the elegant look of expensive draperies at far less expense. They are a great alternative to vertical blinds. They are functional and beautiful and they are very easy to install.
Ballet Performance Drapery Sheers are engineered with a patented hinged fabric. The soft flowing fabric folds into appealing billows without the necessity of vertical vanes. Each fabric panel has a full range of rotation that allows you to tailor the lighting and privacy to your unique taste. The fabrics are patterned and textured sheers and are the same color on the room side as the street side. The fabric is good for UV blockage when closed. All Ballet Performance Drapery Sheers are light diffusing but opaque room darkening vanes are available to increase room darkening capabilities. Opaque room darkening vanes attach behind the sheers with a corner clip to block light. )Note: powder and white fabric orders receive white opaque vanes when ordered. All other fabric colors receive opaque ivory vanes when ordered). Through the use of a cord and chain combination or wand control Ballet Sheers can rotate and traverse to the side to provide a full range of light control and privacy. Please note that vane closure varies from top to bottom providing optimum closure on the top Ύ of the product. You have lots of operational choices including cord/chain, wand, side stack, Opposite Stack, Split Stack (see images below): Side stack shading may draw open to the left or right side and the controls may be placed on the same side or opposite side of the stack (controls may not be split). Opposite stack shading is a side stack that has the controls on the opposite side of the fabric stack. Opposite side shading is not available with a Tilt Wand Control. Split stack shadings draw open to both sides equally and controls can be placed on either side. 
The shade comes standard with a sleek, compact head rail track system which is perfect when the shade is layered beneath curtains or top treatments as part of a drapery ensemble. A valance is available as an option. The valance has a coordinating fabric insert and conceals the track. The valance is white aluminum and measures 2 7/8 high with 7 standard returns (on outside mount). All components of the Drapery Sheer Vertical can be cleaned with a feather duster or a standard vacuum. Comfortex recommends doing either of the two regularly to keep your Drapery Sheer Vertical looking new. Spills and stains can be lightly blotted with a cloth or damp sponge. More difficult stains may require gentle washing in water with mild soap. For this, remove the fabric panels from the carriers and submerge, soak and rub lightly. Lay flat to dry or place back in window. The fabric panels can be steamed if they become wrinkled and Drapery Sheer Verticals can be ultrasonically cleaned.
