Made from a patented process which combines American hardwoods and engineered thermal polymers, Woodwinds Wood Alloy blinds resist warping, cracking, chipping and fading. Each slat is covered with a scratch resistant coating to protect it from everyday wear and tear. A classic design, Reed Original provides all the benefits of wood alloy in a timeless 2-inch flat style slat. Reed Textured combines the Reed style with the feel and grain of natural wood. The classic, smooth 2-inch flat slat is a timeless favorite that blends with countless home interiors. Comfortex recreated the traditional beauty of 100% wood blinds without cutting down a single tree. The UV-stable wood alloy material will retain its original color for the lifetime of the product. Whites or wood tones, each color remains true. This blind comes standard with an attractive Crown valance that is 3" high. Standard valance returns for outside mount blinds is 3". The bottom Rail is trapezoidal. Wand tilter is standard on this blind. Cord tilt is available at no charge. If you want cord tilt please check the box in the options section below. As standard the tilter is on the left side and the lift cords are on the right side. You can reverse this or place all the controls on one side. Check the options box below. Routing Options: Woodwinds Blinds come standard with punched route holes in each slat. As an option the blinds is available with the Routeless "no holes" design. This notching technique provides a sleek, linear look without distracting route holes. Routeless provides greater privacy and light control. If you prefer routeless please check the appropriate box in the options section. Colorful Accents: Create your own look with 1½-inch designer cloth tapes in a variety of popular accent colors for unlimited design potential. The tapes are an alternative to the standard color-matched ladderbraid. The Classic Valance comes standard on Reed Blinds. Comprised of Wood Alloy material, the Classic Valance offers clean, simplified lines. The trapezoidal bottom Rail forms a tight light seal along the sill when the blind is tilted shut. Please note that the traditional Bottom Rail is standard on Routeless Reed Blinds. The tilt wand is standard on Reed Blinds. The Limited Lifetime Warranty is a commitment to your satisfaction.
