This quality blind is custom sized from pre-cut sizes. The head rail is steel not plastic so the slats remain straight and even. The picture above shows the difference between a standard routed blind (on the left) vs. the Norman Smart Privacy Blind (on the right). These blinds come standard with Normans patented SmartPrivacy feature. The SmartPrivacy feature allows optimum blind closer for the utmost levels of privacy and greater light control. Provides tight slat closure in both directions with a smooth tilt mechanism. With the SmartPrivacy feature there are no visible holes when the blinds are closed. The result is a sleek and elegant appearance with tight closure and trouble-free operation. The tilt cords are on the left and the lift cords are on the right. It comes with the Designer Crown valance at NO EXTRA CHARGE. This blind has 2 inch smooth slats and is available in 2 white colors. These slats have endured over 2000hours of UV testing to ensure superior colorfastness. Slats can withstand even the highest desert temperatures with industry leading 135 degree heat deflection temperature. Please note that valances for inside mount blinds will have a Semi-inside mount valance return: 3/4". (please call to indicate if no returns wanted) Valances for outside mount blinds have returns and the standard return for valances for this blind is 3 1/16".
